1. Eligibility

The App is designed for children aged 2–7 years, but it must be downloaded and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

By using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or
• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child using the App.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute the App
• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes
• Attempt to bypass purchase systems or parent gates

All intellectual property rights remain owned by us.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases.

Payments are processed securely by:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

We do not process or store payment details directly.

Purchase validation is managed through RevenueCat.

4. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If the App includes subscriptions:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Access to premium content continues until the end of the billing period.

5. No Advertising

The App does not display third-party advertisements.

6. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

The App is designed as a learning support tool.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific educational outcomes
• Academic performance improvements
• Skill mastery

The App is intended to supplement parental guidance, not replace it.

7. Parental Responsibility

Parents or guardians are responsible for:

• Supervising their child's use of the App
• Managing in-app purchases
• Ensuring the App is appropriate for their child

The App includes a parent gate to restrict sensitive areas.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of data
• Device incompatibility
• Service interruptions
• Platform-related issues (App Store / Google Play outages)

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Availability and Updates

We may:

• Update the App
• Modify features
• Add or remove content
• Discontinue the App

We are not obligated to maintain or support older versions indefinitely.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Purchase systems are abused

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you are located in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

12. Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
